Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal
The refund policy is regulated by the legislative framework of Law 2251/1994, as it applies today.
The user reserves the right to return the products within 14 days of receiving them, by completing the special "Return Form" included in the product packaging.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the user is obliged to return the product at his own transport costs, unused, in the condition in which he received it and without any markings (packaging/tags, etc.) removed, accompanied by the return form, the sales document and after information, consultation and approval by the company.
